The above cited facts are true to the best of my knowledge, moreover I shall abide by the rules, regulations and order laid down by the principal of the college, the breach of which would make me liable to disciplinary action by the College authority.
I, parent/guardian of the student declare that I have gone through the Prospectus thoroughly. If my wards is admitted to the college, I shall responsible for his/her conduct, regular attendance and payment of dues the college. Further I shall attend the Guardian Meeting regularly as and when called for.
